OS: Windows 7 formerly , Windows 10 currently. I have included several screenshots for you better diagnose the problem. I appreciate any help I can get on this. If you have an agn modem, go to the Device Manager for the wireless adaptor and Defeat the "n" function. In the wireless properties, change the DNS server address to that of a third party server. I'm not with a computer that I have done this on currently, but search for third party DNS servers.

For those struggling to find the "Antennae Diversity" option, you need to uninstall the Microsoft driver that is installed by default and re-install the Dell one from the website.
